All initial assessments include a treatment portion and time to talk about your personalized plan of care.

If you have any additional health information please ensure you bring it with you for your initial assessment.

If you are coming for an upper body injury, please be sure to wear either a tank top or a loose fitting shirt.

If you are coming for a lower body injury, please bring shorts or pants that can easily be rolled up above your knee.

Spencer Giddings
Spencer Giddings is a bilingual physiotherapist who completed both his Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics in 2022 and Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2024 at the University of Ottawa. Throughout his life, Spencer has been actively involved in a variety of sports, including cross-country, track and field, soccer, and ultimate frisbee. These experiences fostered a deep passion for physical health, rehabilitation, and helping others overcome injuries, inspired by his own experience with sports-related injuries.
Before pursuing physiotherapy, Spencer worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for many years, which strengthened his dedication to improving others’ well-being. His diverse athletic background and professional experience have equipped him to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals. With a strong focus on patient education, personalized care, and a holistic approach, Spencer is committed to guiding clients on their path to recovery and optimal performance.
He believes that while physiotherapy is often used to treat injuries, it should also be utilized as a preventative measure, encouraging clients to strengthen their bodies and reduce the risk of injury before it happens.

Stephanie Gorsky RMT
Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist who believes every treatment should be tailored to the individual. She enjoys helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and better understand their bodies through evidence-informed, collaborative care.
She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and back pain, headaches, stress-related tension, overuse injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Stephanie has a special interest in head, neck, and jaw dysfunction (TMJD), as well as scar tissue management to help improve mobility, restore function, and support recovery.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Stephanie is currently pursuing advanced training in TMJD, lymphatic therapy, and oncology support to continue expanding the care she provides. Sade Ologundudu
(She/Her/Hers)
PT
Sade is a Registered Physiotherapist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science at McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada) in 2019, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy at Western University (London, Canada) in 2022. Most of her experience is in treating orthopedic issues including sport related injuries, work-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and pain management. Sade also has experience working with paediatric clients, families, and their healthcare teams to address common orthopedic conditions using play-based therapy.
Sade is passionate about promoting health through patient education, empowerment and exercise-based therapy. She utilises mainly manual and exercise-based therapy to create personalized treatment programs. Her treatment philosophy focuses on working with clients to create joint functional goals, educating them about their conditions and employing evidence-based treatment plans to achieve and maintain their results.

Tristan Parisien
Movement has always been central to Tristan’s life. As a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing hockey, soccer, and basketball, and for the past decade he has been an avid gym enthusiast. These experiences gave him a strong appreciation for the power of movement and strength as well as an understanding that now shapes his approach as a physiotherapist. Tristan is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, recover from injury, and reach their personal goals. Whether it’s returning to sport, building resilience, or improving quality of life, he tailors every treatment to your unique needs. Tristan is a strong believer in self-sustainability and, as such, he takes a very active and educational approach to physiotherapy by empowering his patients to not only achieve their goals but also make a lasting impact.
Tristan earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2025, following an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. His academic foundation in human movement, combined with his athletic background, allows him to integrate evidence-based rehabilitation with practical, real-world training principles.
With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and strength training, Tristan is committed to pushing his clients in a supportive way so they can become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. He believes in building meaningful, lasting relationships with those he works with, creating an environment where clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered.

Zina Sabir PT
Zina is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences (Summa cum laude) from the University of Ottawa. Inspired by her own spinal fusion surgery at a young age, she is passionate about helping people move with confidence and reach their goals.
She has completed advanced training in musculoskeletal care (AIMs Level 1 & 2 Upper Quadrant), dry needling (Evidence in Motion), and pelvic health (Pelvic Solutions – Urinary Incontinence). Zina provides care for pelvic health maintenance, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pre- and post-partum rehab, diastasis rectus, core and pelvic floor training, and safe return to exercise. She also treats temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, including jaw pain, clicking, stiffness, and difficulty with chewing or opening the mouth.
Alongside her physiotherapy practice, Zina is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach, bringing a well-rounded approach to recovery and performance. She has special interests in sports and orthopedic injuries, concussion management, pelvic floor, and pediatrics.

Santi Tellez Alvarez PT
Santiago (“Santi”) is a bilingual physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023, following the completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario. During his undergraduate studies, he volunteered as an athletic trainer with the Jr. Mustangs Football team, where he developed a strong interest in orthopaedics and sports rehabilitation.
Through diverse clinical placements—including in-patient neurology, cardio-medicine, and outpatient orthopaedics—Santi has cultivated a passion for working one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals. He is committed to delivering a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to care, integrating education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy to optimize outcomes and enhance overall well-being.
Santi has completed his AIMS Level 1 and Level 2 (Lower Quadrant) courses through the Orthopaedic Division, along with additional training in dry needling, acupuncture, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Christian Zammar
Chris is a Registered Physiotherapist, having graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023 with his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics in 2018, Chris worked as a physiotherapy assistant for a couple of years. It was during this time that he developed a passion for using movement and physical activity to treat injuries and improve pain. This led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Chris enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re someone looking for help dealing with a nagging injury or an athlete looking to get back to your sport, Chris strives to help people feel better, move better, and perform at their best.
Chris recognizes the importance of educating his patients and is a big believer in giving his patients the right knowledge to help them play an active role in their recovery. While making sure to stay up to date with current research, he combines hands-on techniques performed in clinic with therapeutic exercises performed at home. Chris strives to help his patients find long-term solutions to their problems.
Chris is fully bilingual and, having completed his studies in French, can gladly offer treatment in both French and English.
